This typically involves the demolition of redundant areas, supporting existing structures, where necessary, excavating for new foundations and drainage, installing steels, and building the frame of the extension. From there, the interior and exterior finishes can be added, including electrics, plumbing, walls, roofing, flooring, and insulation.

At the completion of the main construction process, the final steps include plastering, carpentry, lighting, painting, and decorating, furnishings and fittings. These final details can greatly enhance the overall look and feel of the new space.

We work very closely with building control officers to ensure that all our workmanship and materials are of the highest quality and meet all British standards and building regulations, working towards an approved building control completion certificate for your peace of mind.
